Xenotoca doadrioi San Marcos Video

Possibly the most deeply colored of the Xenotoca eiseni populations, the San Marcos
is a new introduction here, and numbers are just beginning to pick up.
Better videos are being worked on as the first generation begins to color
up. These are the original fully colored breeders.

The Xenotoca eiseni is a hardy, beautiful, distinctively shaped goodeid that can tolerate
range of temperatures, though it does best in the lower 70s. Fairly prolific, their
numbers will increase even though they are prone to eating their fry, but they will
do best when the female is removed to a separate tank, and the fry are raised
separately.  Best kept in a colony tank, they are well behaved with one another.
